EVENT-RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE VISITORS

1. The rights for admission to the Exhibition are reserved with the Organisers.

2. Carry your M-badge (received through email or WA) and present the same for scanning purposes while entering the Exhibition. Entry to the exhibition will not be granted in case of absence of a valid M-badge.

3. Carry any one Government-issued photo identity card such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc., which is to be presented at the request of the Organisers or by any of its assigned staff. A passport is mandatory for foreign nationals. 

4. All the badges are non-transferable and valid only for 4 days of the event.

5. No parking inside Pragati Maidan premises is confirmed with these badges.

6. The Visitor entry on the first day, 15th Oct’24, starts from 12 pm onwards; timings for 16 - 18 Oct‘24 will be 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

7. The VIP lounge is strictly restricted to speakers, VVIPs, and VIPs

8. Entry and access to the meeting rooms area are strictly prohibited.

9. Entry & access to the media lounge is only for valid badges.

10. Entry & access to the lunch area is only for valid badges with food coupons.

11. The consumption of banned substances (Cigarettes, chewing tobacco, electric cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition venue.

12. Consumption of Food and beverages is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition halls.

13. Photography & videography inside the Exhibition venue is strictly prohibited in designated areas without prior written permission of the organisers.

14. Spiting anywhere inside the exhibition venue is prohibited, failing which a fine of INR 1,000/- will be payable, including other disciplinary action at the Organiser's sole discretion.

15. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed inside the exhibition halls.

16. The organisers do not take any responsibility for your personal belongings. Kindly be vigilant about your personal belongings while visiting the exhibition. Any theft/loss of the same will not be entertained by the organisers under any circumstances.

17. The premises is under surveillance, and any damage to the property will be strictly penalized.

18. Exercise self-health monitoring and immediately report any health issues to COVID/Medical to the onsite helpdesks.

19. The Security personnel on the premises have full right to bar any individuals from getting into altercations at the venue.

20. The event is subject to Force Majeure conditions.

21. The dress code for the event is formal and smart casual, and it is advisable to dress accordingly.
